We’ve finally got the registrations for our NEW 5DOLLAR CLASSES SQUAD all sorted out! So we’re now officially ready for you to join the club to gain access to our $5 classes
It’s totally FREE to join and you’ll get a message at the start of every week letting you know which of our classes have $5 spots available in them so you can get first dibs on the goodies.
Classes will be different every week and can be remaining spots in our currently running courses or brand new classes not on the timetable. Check out the link below to join the Squad-

Here’s some info on just a few of the awesome classes that you can get for just $5 if you join the 5Dollar Squad! There’s plenty more to choose from and classes will be different every week!
POLE FLOW
Come get your dance fix and your cardio on! This class is suitable for all levels including beginners as we have variations of the routines to suit what you are comfortable with doing. Even if you think you have 2 left feet, you’ll still love getting your sweat pouring and learning how to twist, turn, spin and hair flick your way around the Pole and floor!
When: Mondays at 5pm (BEGINNERS) and Wednesdays at 7pm

STRETCH & FLEX
Show your sore muscles some love with our Stretch & Flex classes where you can kick your shoes off and enjoy the benefits of a good old stretch sesh! Improve your flexibility, posture, circulation and mood with a series of stretches that help you reach your flex goals as well as improve your general all over health. Suitable for all levels of flexibility from those who already have flat splits to those who can’t touch their toes yet and everyone in between!
When: Tuesdays at 8pm (Flexy Goals) & Wednesdays at 8pm (Yoga Wheels, Balance & Recentre)

CHAIR FLOW
Chair Flow is a fantastic way to dance your little heart out and slowly build your strength and flexibility at the same time. There’s a different routine to learn every week and all of them are suitable for absolute beginners and above. Each routine mixes some sassy, sexy beats with super hot chorey and some flashy tricks that prove that you can do way more with a chair than just sit on it!
When: Wednesdays at 7pm & Thursdays at 7pm (BEGINNERS)

EXOTIC
Exotic is our only dance class that involves no apparatuses at all! It’s all about bringing out your inner goddess to come out and play once a week to some super sexy tunes and very hot dance moves. Learn how to love yourself sick through the art of dance and that much needed weekly self esteem boost that helps remind you just how much of a gorgeous human you really are! Don’t worry, this isn’t one of those classes where we all get naked and cry, it’s just learning a different sexy routine every 2 weeks in whatever attire makes you feel comfortable and confident!
When: Mondays at 7pm (BEGINNERS) & Wednesdays at 8pm

POLE CONDITIONING
Pole Conditioning is our strength based class that focuses on getting you ready for all the big wish list tricks and skills in Pole. You tell us what you need to get better at and we will cater a work out specifically to building your strength, stamina, co ordination and mobility for that particular thing. The work out is different every week and some things are on the pole, others are done with body weight or equipment so anybody, at any stage of their pole dancing journey can join in. Is even suitable for anyone who doesn’t do pole dancing but wants to get the muscles anyway!
